DayV

Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

DayV ("we," "us") is a personal journaling service operated by Callipeltoside LLC, a United States company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We do not collect payment information, contacts, or location data.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging and your phone number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers listed below receive your phone number only as needed to deliver messages and run the service.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run DayV. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the service:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in the United States on Amazon Web Services and is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to Callipeltoside LLC and the automated systems that run it.

How long we keep it

We keep your entries and summaries until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Texting STOP ends all messages but does not delete your journal, so you can come back with START. To have everything deleted, email us and we will remove your entries, recordings, transcripts and summaries within 30 days.

Your choices

Children

DayV is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by text before it takes effect.
